BOZEMAN – Travel concerns Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning will be minor overall for SW Montana but there are a few lingering pockets of snow and wet roads will re-freeze after sunset. Scattered snow could impact travel along and south of I-90 Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday evening.
Another travel issue we will be watching for is valley fog to redevelop tonight into Thursday morning. Dense fog was widespread between Bozeman and Townsend Tuesday evening and this area could again see visibility issues tonight.
A weak disturbance will drop into Montana with a NW flow on Friday and could produce scattered mostly mountain snow showers by the end of the week.
