BOZEMAN – High-pressure will continue to produce a dry and mild pattern through Friday. Under clear skies overnight temperatures can be cold but afternoon highs should rise slightly above normal to well above normal Friday.
The only travel concerns across the region is gusts surface winds. The Livingston area is under a WIND ADVISORY tonight through 11 am Friday. Peak wind gusts 50 to 60 mph are possible.
The next weather maker will be a Pacific cold front to pass through the state from west to east Saturday morning through Saturday evening. Increasing clouds, snow and wind will produce wintry travel impacts Saturday into Sunday.
Snow accumulations should be on the light side but enough snow to produce icy roads both in the lower valleys and over mountain passes Saturday.
