BOZEMAN – A stream of Pacific moisture will push through Montana from the west at the same time colder air is digging into Montana from Canada.

This will produce widespread snow Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. Once the snow ends colder temperatures will settle in for the weekend.

Widespread snow for valleys and mountain passes is likely Thursday afternoon and evening. This will impact your Thursday evening commute and Friday morning commute. Plan on icy road conditions at all levels.

Most valleys could see 1”-4”, some a little more and others less, which should produce icy roads. Higher mountain passes could see 2”-6” of snow.
