BOZEMAN – A very weak disturbance is passing out of Montana this evening and with clearing skies overnight your Tuesday morning lows will be cooler.

High-pressure will build in for a few days and produce dry and mild to warm weather for SW Montana. Ahead of the next pacific cold front temperatures could jump up into the upper 50s to upper 60s on Wednesday.

Once a pacific cold front pass through the state on Thursday it will produce scattered showers, gusty winds, and cooler temperatures. Bigger changes will arrive behind this front with a slow-moving upper level Low Friday through Sunday. Scattered rain or snow, gusty winds, and cooler than normal temperatures will develop over the state this weekend.

Over the next 7 days temperatures will be both above normal and below normal for mid-October standards.
