BILLINGS - Newly-crowned Miss Montana Teen 2023 Ava Wiliams is a senior at Skyview High School in Billings who has a passion for reading.
Ava visited the Q2 Studio on Thursday morning and shared the story behind her non-profit "Bags-of-Books," which has distributed more than 650 books to pre-schools in Yellowstone County.
