BELGRADE — Board President of the Belgrade Community Coalition Tiffany Maierle visited Montana This Morning to promote the Festival of Lights, set for Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019 in Belgrade.
The festival will feature a pancake breakfast, Jingle Jog, holiday bazaar, carnival, downtown celebration and fireworks.
