Lawsuit delays proposed juvenile justice center

    Omaha, NE (KMTV) — The historic building near 18th and Harney in the middle of a legal battle will stay intact until at least next year.

Douglas County officials want to knock down the building to make way for a new juvenile justice center, the building’s owner Bob Perrin is suing.

A judge is expected to rule in January on the county’s bid to take possession of the building.
