Sunday Forecast: Cool flakes before colder air next week

Sunday’s Forecast:
Spotty light snow is expected again on Sunday with a few isolated snow showers with little accumulation in the valleys and light accumulating in the mountains. Winds will begin to pick up late in the day with wind speeds in the 10-20 mph range by the evening. Colder air begins to move into southwest Montana on Monday with the bulk of the cold air settling in by Tuesday.

BOZEMAN: High: 30; Low: 16. Light snow showers with mostly cloudy skies and cool temperatures for the afternoon. Accumulation is expected to be light.

BUTTE: High: 27; Low: 9. Flurries and light accumulation possible through the afternoon and evening. Lows will quickly fall to the single digits overnight with winds picking up to 5-15 mph out of the southwest.

DILLON: High: 29; Low: 14. Look for a mix of clouds and sunshine with chilly highs in the 20s for the afternoon.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High: 17; Low: 8. Scattered snow showers with highs in the teens with accumulations between 1”-3” through the evening.
