Today's Forecast:
After a chilly start to the day you should expect milder sunshine for the afternoon to push highs back to the low 40s for most of the area. Winds will be out of the south between 5-10 mph. Skies will clear tonight and allow lows to fall back to the 20.

BOZEMAN: High: 42; Low: 24. Mainly sunny and partly cloudy for the afternoon with a light southerly wind.

BUTTE: High: 41; Low: 20. Lots of sunshine and milder temperatures for the afternoon.

DILLON: High: 41; Low: 20. Mix of sunshine and clouds by the late afternoon ith clearing skies this evening.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High: 35; Low: 9. Partly cloudy skies and mild for the afternoon and evening.

Colder and snow by Wednesday morning:
Cold air is expected to move across western Montana through the day on Tuesday and impact southwestern portions of the state by the evening. Snow showers are possible before midnight west of the divide with the heaviest snow moving in after midnight east of the divide. Snow will be between 1”-3” in Butte by early Wednesday with 2”-4” early in the day on Wednesday in the Bozeman area.
