A few t-storms Sunday and a look at the smoke forecast

Posted

Your Sunday should remain relatively smoke-free.  Some of the surface winds could push some smoke into our skies, though the mid-level forecast is showing a more west to southwesterly swing which should push the bulk of the smoke eastward into central Canada.

Overall your Sunday should be mild with highs in the middle 70s.  There is a chance of a few isolated t-storms to be in the region by mid-afternoon, though less robust and more widely-scattered.  Showers will slowly fade as we get closer to sunset leaving us with thin clouds for Monday morning.
