Chilly and wet pattern settles in

Today’s Forecast:
Expect off and on rain showers for the valleys of southwest Montana with scattered snow showers in the mountains.  Highs will stay in the 40s for afternoon highs with a west to southwest wind between 10-20 mph.

BOZEMAN: High – 48; Low – 28. Chilly rain with a southwest wind between 5-15 mph.  Expect cool showers to linger into the evening.

BUTTE: High – 45; Low – 25. Light showers and pockets of fog for the morning. Expect to see light area rain through the evening.

DILLON: High – 45; Low – 24. A few light showers are likely with partly cloudy skies for the evening.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High – 43; Low – 18. Cooler with rain mixing with snow possible.  Light snow is likely during the evening.

COOL TREND CONTINUES THIS WEEK: 
Temperatures will stay chilly for the afternoon with highs in the 40s.  Scattered showers are expected to continue through the end of the week.  Medium-range forecasts are showing slightly warmer temperatures next week, though rain potential remains high during the first week of November.
