Frank William Lessley was born March 26, 1938, in Utah to Irene and Frank Lessley. He was a brother to Sherman, Emmett, Barbara and Laura.
After moving to Bozeman, Montana, he worked for Sullivan Photo before taking a position at the Montana State Police Department as a police officer. He retired a Sergeant after 27 years on the force. Frank married Susan Hruska in 1968 and lived in a beautiful home on the banks of the Sourdough Creek where they raised their two children, Tammy and Andy. Frank retired to a home in Belgrade where he became a regular among the locals.
He passed away of natural causes on May 30, 2018, at the age of 80 years old.
Frank is survived by his children, ex-wife, and twin brother.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
