GARRISON - The Powell County Sheriff's Office reports that Thursday morning's law enforcement incident that closed Interstate 90 "has been resolved".

Traffic is moving once again in the area.

"Thank you for your patience as we continue to investigate and secure the scene," a social media post reads.

The Powell County Sheriff's Office is asking drivers to avoid Interstate 90 west of Garrison due to a law enforcement incident.

I-90 has been closed to traffic in both directions, according to a social media post from the Sheriff's Office.

The Powell County Sheriff's Office reports the incident involves law enforcement agencies from Powell, Butte-Silver Bow, Granite, and Missoula counties.
