The Carbon County Sheriff's Office is advising against travel on the Beartooth Highway because of white-out conditions Monday.
Multiple vehicles are stuck, and conditions are worsening on both the Montana and Wyoming sides, according to the sheriff's office.
The highway opened June 1 but is subject to closures for weather.
