HAMILTON – A 72-year-old man from Hamilton died Tuesday in an ATV accident.
A Montana Highway Patrol dispatcher told MTN News that the man was driving on Long Lane south of Hamilton Tuesday afternoon when he lost control his ATV for an unknown reason and it rolled over.
The man, whose name has not yet been released, died on the scene.
MHP says alcohol, speed and drugs are not considered factors in this crash. The road was dry at the time of the crash as well.
The Montana Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the fatal accident.
