RED LODGE -- Another event has been modified this year, but the organizers are making the best of it.

The Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary in Red Lodge held a virtual Rubber Duck Regatta fundraiser on Saturday.

Organizers ran the race and streamed it online.

There’s no dinner, no auction, and no need to get all dressed up. In fact, you don’t even need to attend.

The sponsor of the first duck across the finish line won a membership to the Wildlife Sanctuary.

People were invited to purchase as many ducks as they wanted.

It's their main fundraiser of the year but did not include the usual dinner and auction.

The sanctuary's mission is to provide a home for non-releasable wildlife, along with education and conservation.
