GALLATIN COUNTY — Governor Bullock said Montana could see vaccines as early as December 15th, which leads us to wonder when specifically can Gallatin County receive their vaccines?

"This is happening so quickly. We don’t have a lot of information. What I can tell you is we’re getting ready,” said Gallatin City-County Health Officer Matt Kelley.

And what does getting ready look like?

“We’re working with Gallatin County emergency management. We’re communicating with Bozeman Health. We’ve reached out to first responder agencies, and we’re thinking through ways we can use the fire stations and the paramedics to operationalize this,” he explained.

All moving parts coming together to be able to do county distributions.

“I would urge everyone to find imaginative ways to celebrate the holidays in ways that keep people safe and in small groups. Montanans can do. Montanans can. We can do this but we need to work together and we need to really make sure we’re taking care of one another and working through this,” he said.
