BOZEMAN — According to the American Cancer Society, nearly 900 women in Montana will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.

Bozeman Health wants to remind everybody the HealthCare Connections program offers adults free breast cancer screenings.

The screenings are done in their mobile truck at more convenient locations.

All services, including breast cancer screenings are free to any adults whether they have health insurance or not.

“If someone is considering getting a screening done but they're nervous about how to make an appointment at one of our primary care locations, or they just don't have the time, I would encourage them to look at the schedule and see there's a chance that this bus is going to be somewhere near where they live, work, play, hangout,” said Christopher Coburn, System Manager of Community Health Improvement and Partnership at Bozeman Health.

The next breast cancer screening with Healthcare Connections will be at the Gallatin Valley YMCA on Thursday, Oct. 10.
