BOZEMAN — There is now a new way to keep an eye on the Bogert Pavilion shell, months after it partially collapsed under heavy snow.

We’ve been following its situation closely since it happened months ago.

The City of Bozeman has since agreed to bring the pavilion back up to new city code and bulk up its strength against future issues, which will range between $520,000 to $650,000.

To help keep you in the loop, the city has created an online portal dedicated to the pavilion, including all of its latest updates.

“As government, we want to make sure that we’re always communicating as timely as we can with residents and the pavilion is a huge community resource and we know a lot of people are wondering and waiting for when the next steps are happening. So it’s important for us to have one place for people to go to get their information," says Melody Mileur, communications coordinator for the City of Bozeman.

You can find out more about the portal here.

Work isn’t expected to begin on the pavilion until next year.
