Billings police responded to the FIrst Church in downtown Billings on Sunday following a report of a man in the church with a gun wrapped in a cloth.
According to a BPD tweet, officers arrived at the scene at 310 North 27th Street and did not locate the man or a weapon.
Officers obtained information that there were not threats made by the man. Officers remained in the downtown area for further investigation.
