BOZEMAN, Mont. – If you’ve driven past the Community Co-op in Bozeman on West Main, you’ll notice its expansion is complete.
The expansion is mostly back-of-house with a large production kitchen and bakery.
The co-op used to have these in off-site rented buildings, and everyone is now under the same roof.
This expansion adds a 1,000 square foot room for bulk foods and allows the co-op to offer more local products.
The upgrades are continuing inside the store.
“We have a temporary wall up; behind it we are remodeling and expanding our meat and seafood case. By the end of the summer, we’ll have increased options in meat and seafood, including a lot more prepared value-added meat products,” Co-op Marketing and Membership Manager Alison Germain said.
Parking will also be increasing at the store and once the remodel is complete, there are no further projects planned.
