Bozeman man killed in Manhattan single-vehicle crash

MANHATTAN, Mont. – A 24-year-old Bozeman man died in a single-vehicle crash in Manhattan on Sunday.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Churchill Road and Manhattan South Road.

MHP said the man, heading south on Churchill Road, was not wearing a seatbelt when he drove off the right side of the road and overcorrected. The vehicle rolled once, and the man was ejected.

He was transported to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital and was later flown to Billings Clinic. He was pronounced deceased at 7:14 p.m. on Sunday.

Alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash. The identity of the victim has not been released.
