A Missing-Endangered Person Advisory has been issued by the Montana Department of Justice for a Custer County girl believed to be held against her will.

Serenity Wilson, 14 years old, was last seen on Wednesday in Miles City.

She was first reported as a runaway, but police now think she has been kidnapped by 17-year-old Toby Pittman.

Authorities say Pittman has made threats against law enforcement in the past and is known to carry knives.

Serenity was last seen wearing black sweatpants and white and pink shoes. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Custer County Sheriff's Office at 406-232-3411 or call 911.
