BOZEMAN, Mont. — A Bozeman man appeared in court this morning, accused of pointing a gun at a man after parking in a reserved parking spot.
According to court documents. a man placed a note on Kameron Miles’ car after he found it parked in the spot, asking him to please move it.
The victim told deputies that he then saw Miles come out, crumple up the note and throw it on the ground.
When he walked up to Miles to ask him to move his car, deputies say Miles pulled out a pistol and pointed it at the victim’s face.
Deputies found the 9 millimeter pistol in Miles’ car shortly after arresting him.

Miles’ bail was set at $5,000.
