BOZEMAN — A 27-year-old Bozeman man is accused of having 1,000 Xanax pills mailed to him from out of state.
Ryan Fisher was arrested Friday morning after stopping by a local post office to pick up the package.
Days prior to his arrest, the Missouri River Drug Task Force was notified by the United States Postal Inspector Office regarding the package and a search warrant revealed it contained one thousand Xanax pills.
Investigators say Fisher admitted he intended to sell the pills to another party in Minnesota at a higher price and this was not his first time receiving drugs through the mail.
Fisher’s bond was set at $15,000. His next court appearance will be on July 17.
