Jayce Guardipee has pleaded guilty to intimidation and assault on a minor.
In January, Great Falls police responded to a report of child abuse.
The mother told officers that it was not the first time she saw bruises on the kids.
She told Guardipee she was going to call the police, but never did after Guardipee threatened her.
According to court documents, the infant had a broken femur, humerus, left fourth finger, fractured cranium and possible rib fractures.
Sentencing for Guardipee is scheduled for November 26.
