Man pleads guilty in Ravalli County double-homicide case

The Stevensville man who is charged for killing his mother and the mother of his children appeared in court on Wednesday morning.

Logan Christopher pleaded guilty to two counts deliberate homicide, one count of attempted deliberate homicide, criminal endangerment, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

A hearing for Christopher was scheduled for Wednesday morning, but Ravalli County Attorney Bill Fullbright told MTN News that Christopher instead entered a guilty plea.

Christopher face up to a life behind bars plus 20 years when he is sentenced on July 15. He remains behind bars in the Ravalli County Detention Center on $2 million bail.

Christopher is accused of shooting and killing his 47-year-old mother, Tiffanie Greenslade, and 25-year-old Marisa Wahl -- who is the mother of his children –- at their Stevensville-area home on March 10.

Christopher left the scene of the murders and was later located by the Montana Highway Patrol in Lolo, which led to a police chase into Missoula at speeds that reached 130 mph.

He then crashed the vehicle near the Southgate Mall and was taken into custody.
