Bozeman Stampede hosting live music for the first time

Posted

BOZEMAN – The Bozeman Stampede is adding live music to follow the rodeo Friday and Saturday night for the first time in the event’s 8 year history.

“Each night it’s a free concert with your rodeo ticket,” says Bozeman Stampede Marketing director Ben Fjare.

Fjare says Friday night’s band will Close 2 Toast and Saturday will be Slo Mo Jo.

Bozeman Stampede is a nonprofit according to Fjare, who says since the event began more than $100,000 has been raised for youth agriculture programs.

Tickets can be purchased online, at Murdoch’s or at the gate. The rodeo is held at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds.
