BOZEMAN – A special forum between scientists and the public will be held next Tuesday evening at the Museum of the Rockies.
This event gives scientists at Montana State University the chance to discuss new technology and scenarios in gene editing that people should know about and be aware of.
"There’s current implications in terms of gene editing and use of agricultural species similar to what we know as GMO’s and that’s really relevant to people here in Montana,” said Emma Loveday, postdoctoral researcher at MSU.
This forum is free to the public, but MSU is asking for attendees to RSVP on its website for accommodation purposes.
