BOZEMAN – The sidewalks in downtown Bozeman got some color today.
Everyone ranging from children to teens and even adults were drawing with chalk on the sidewalks all day on Main Street. Each year people in Bozeman look forward to the The Chalk on the Walk event that kicks off the annual Sweet Pea Festival.
Chalk artist and Bozeman resident Olivia Langan said, “I think it just reminds me that this place is still a small town. Even though we’re growing all the time we still have so much community art and community gatherings that can happen downtown.”
The Sweet Pea Festival will officially begin Friday and continue through the weekend.
