BOZEMAN- A record 475 students graduated from Bozeman High School’s Class of 2018 Sunday.
Graduating seniors piled into a packed Brick Breeden Fieldhouse to earn their diplomas and say goodbye to high school. With Gallatin County growing, this year’s class broke the school record by twelve students.
"It is a challenge, you know with that many people but at the same time it exciting to be one of the few communities in the state that is growing and of course that is reflected in the school as well,” said Bozeman High School Principal Kevin Conwell. “It’s fantastic. We have awesome kids here, great support from families, the community. We couldn’t ask for anything better.”
Bozeman is the largest high school in the state. The city is currently building a second high school is set to open in the fall of 2020.
