BOZEMAN – The Bozeman Water and Sewer Division is working to repair a broken water main on East Frontage Road, just east of the Main Street Exit on Interstate 90.
Officials say they received a report around 4:15 p.m. of a water main break that they estimate was pumping out approximately 2,000 gallons per minute when they arrived on scene.
The flow is now under control, but crews estimate it could take 4-5 hours to complete the repair and get water service back to affected businesses.
The cause of the break is unknown at this time.
