BOZEMAN — Joseph Paul Dewise, a Belgrade man accused of killing his wife and injuring another woman faces an additional felony charge.
Dewise pleaded not guilty to today for a witness tampering charge after court documents suggest he violated a court order by contacting witnesses and family members.
Court documents suggest that Dewise called his daughter requesting that his son admitted to the crime.
On top of his deliberate homicide charges, Dewise faces ten years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
Bond is set at $1,000,000.
