BOZEMAN – The Bozeman Planning Department has received a new concept review for a duplex development at the intersection of North Willson and Short.
The developers are a company from California, and their concept review consists of 8 duplexes that will be three bedrooms each with an attached garage.
According to the concept review, the project will proceed in phases, with one duplex built per phase. New sewer and water services would be extended from North Willson to the units.
The Planning Department is still reviewing the concept and many changes could be made to the plan before it is formally submitted.
