Teachers strike over lack of funding

Tens of thousands of teachers in Oklahoma and Kentucky ditched classrooms Monday to protest a lack of education funding. The teachers in those states, as well as Arizona, were inspired by West Virginia teachers, who got a pay raise after going on strike recently.
