(BILLINGS) Authorities are searching for Davalena Jazmine Rain Buckman- Kelley, a young woman from the Fort Belknap Reservation in north-central Montana who was last seen in North Dakota, according to the Montana Department of Justice Missing Persons Clearinghouse .

Kelly is an 18-year-old Native American woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen on Monday in Beach, North Dakota.

Fort Belknap earlier this week shared a Facebook post from Kelly's sister that explained that Kelly is mentally disabled and has an IQ of an eight or nine year old. Her sister went on to say that she suspected Davalena to be heading to Chicago with an unknown man, and she left their home early Monday morning and did not come back.

Her sister explained: "Being her older sister and raising her for the most part aside from her handicaps. Ik for a fact she hasn’t thought nor can comprehend the seriousness or dangers she has put herself in. All that we know is she made a statement last night that a black man from Chicago was coming to pick her up. It’s not something that was to alarming due to she fantasizes & lives in a make believe world. One of the major issues that comes along with her mental illnesses. Around 7am she was dressed and was going out the door with a laundry basket, she had been asked what she was up to considering that was very unlike her & out of her everyday schedule. Never did come back in, went to check on her & there she is no where in sight basket laying on the ground out by the back gate facing roads nd utilities. Many of us have messaged her tried calling & nothing until this one response & a post."

Kelly's phone was pinged in Beach, North Dakota, on Monday afternoon, and a Flying J convenience store cashier recognized her, but her location has since been disabled.

An "attempt to locate" alert ATL has been sent nationwide to law enforcement agencies, according to Fort Belknap.

On Tuesday, the Fort Belknap Facebook page was updated with a picture of the man last seen with Kelly.
