BELGRADE — Belgrade High School teacher Annie Marshall accepted a “One Class at a Time” check for $250 recently. The money will purchase books on genocide to supplement Elie Wiesel's memoir, "Night" at the school.

Anna Carver from First Interstate Bank and KBZK’s Matt Elwell presented the check.

“One Class at a Time” is a joint effort between Montana’s News Station and First Interstate Bank to help fulfill the needs of area schools.

Teachers, parents, students or anyone who is aware of a special project that would enhance the educational objectives in a classroom can apply from Aug. 1 through April 1. This program is currently available to schools located in the KBZK Bozeman, Q2 Billings, KRTV Great Falls, and KXLH Helena viewing areas. If you are unsure if your school is located in an area serviced by one of these TV stations, please contact Bob Cruz at bcruz@kbzk.com or 406-922-2400.
