LANSFORD, PA (WNEP) — A man is charged with raping a mentally disabled woman in Carbon County.
State police say the victim’s mother found James Nunemacher just after he had assaulted her in Lansford.
Nunemacher was a friend of the family.
He is now locked up in Carbon County.
