ATLANTA (WGCL) — A man has been arrested after an employee of a contracted cleaning company at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport told police she was raped by him during her shift.
Atlanta Police tell CBS46 News that the employee made the claim around 6:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The victim told police that the man, who is her supervisor, took her into a storage room and had sex with her against her will.
The suspect, identified as 47 year-old Eddie Sanders, was taken into custody and charged with rape.
He’s currently in the Clayton County Jail awaiting a court appearance.
Police are continuing to investigate the situation.
