CINCINNATI, OHIO (WCPO) — At least four people are injured and a suspect is in custody after an active shooter situation at Fifth Third Bank headquarters Downtown, according to authorities.
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms officials are on scene and are working to sweep the building, ATF spokesperson Suzanne Dabkowski said.
Officials with University of Cincinnati Medical Center say at least four people are injured, but there could be more.
Fountain Square is closed to foot traffic. The Federal Bureau of Investigations agents are on scene.
Fifth Third Bank headquarters is a 30-story building that towers over Walnut Street. SWAT is working on clearing the building.
