FLINT, MI (WNEM) — A building is getting new life thanks to a nearly $8 million grant from the state.
The 11-story former Genesee Bank building on South Saginaw Street in Flint is undergoing a $38 million facelift.
It’s being converted into the new Hilton Buckham Square Hotel.
It will feature 101 rooms, a restaurant, and a banquet center.
It’s also expected to create 75 new jobs.
A completion date has not been announced yet.
