Honolulu, Hawaii (KITV) — The City warning people to stay out of the water. There will be no lifeguards on tower duty.
Ocean safety officials say they won’t have tower service on Oahu Thursday and Friday. Instead they’ll be mobile responders patrolling beaches.
Surf will be dangerous,especially for south shores. Lifeguards are asking for your safety and theirs to not risk it and just stay out.
