Gradual warming through the weekend

BOZEMAN - There are some benefits to a cold and snowy early April. The biggest benefit is our mountain snowpack is not going anywhere, in fact, we continue to add water content to the snowpack with each passing Spring storm system.

The flow aloft will begin to shift out of the west beginning Friday and this will kick off a gradual warming trend heading into the weekend and next week. Temperatures should remain slightly below normal over the next 5 to 7 days.

The westerly flow will also send a few Pacific storm through the region so there is a chance for scattered rain or snow at times through the end of next week.
