BOZEMAN – One storm system is exiting Montana Wednesday afternoon and another is pushing into western Montana tonight into Thursday morning.

Areas along and west of I-15 will have the best chance for accumulating snow and minor travel concerns with snow covered and icy roads, poor visibility at times with falling snow and localized blowing and drifting.

Butte to Missoula could see 1″ – 3″ of snow and higher mountain passes could see 2″ or more Wednesday night into Thursday afternoon.

East of the divide across SW Montana look for light snow tonight and Thursday as well with only minor wintry travel concerns.
