A 21-year-old Missoula woman is dead after a crash on Rock Creek Road on Sunday .
Granite County deputies, Missoula County Search and Rescue and air resources were dispatched to a report of a vehicle that crashed into Rock Creek approximately 22 miles up from I-90.
The vehicle, a 2014 Jeep Wrangler, was northbound on Rock Creek Road with four occupants when it struck a rock with the right front tire casing it to go off the left side of the road.
The Jeep went down an embankment into the creek and overturned.
The Montana Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate but report that speed is suspected to be a factor in the crash.
