KALISPELL — On Jan. 30, a 78-year-old man from Kalispell was headed southbound on North Somers Road on MT-82 near Somers.
He failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of Somers and MT-82 and struck another vehicle.
The vehicle he struck was driven by a 23-year-old man from Big Fork.
Montana Highway Patrol has now released a statement that the Kalispell man died last Thursday, Feb. 18, after succumbing to his injuries from the crash on the 30th.
No further information, including the man's identification and the condition of the other driver, was released. We will update you with any further information we receive.
