HELENA – Helena police said speed appeared to be a factor in a fatal crash on U.S. Highway 12 Saturday morning.
The crash happened around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 12 and Carter Drive.
Officers sid a vehicle heading west on the highway collided with another vehicle that was making a left turn onto Carter.
The Helena Police Department is investigating the crash. They have not yet released any further information about the incident.
