The man was the passenger in a Pontiac G6 driven by a 44-year-old woman from Butte.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the vehicle was eastbound on Interstate 90 and began merging in and out of traffic.

The car went off the road, the driver over-corrected, began to skid, went off the road again, and rolled several times, coming to rest on its top.

Alcohol and speed are suspected factors in the crash, the patrol said.
