Bozeman City Commission meeting to be held via video conferencing system

Bozeman city officials say the April 6 City Commission meeting will be held online using a video conferencing system.

According to a City of Bozeman press release, the commission made the decision due to Montana’s Stay-at-Home order and Bozeman's emergency declaration closing city facilities to public access.

No physical presence will be allowed in the meeting room.

The agenda for Monday's City Commission meeting can be found on the City of Bozeman's website.

Part of the meeting on Monday involves two appeals commissioners will hear regarding the Armory Hotel project.

Here's how to join the meeting and submit public comment:

The public may submit written and oral public comment in a number of ways:

Written public comment may be submitted before 12:00 PM on Monday, April 6th, 2020 by sending an email to agenda@ bozeman.net. Written public comment may also be submitted by visiting the Commission’s comment page.

The public may also give oral comment by joining the Webex meeting, with the link and instructions to join the meeting listed above.

For those not able to join the Webex meeting and would like to provide oral comment, a request may be sent to agenda@bozeman.net or texted to 406-224-3967 with a phone number and the agenda item(s) of interest. The City Clerk will call that person during the meeting to provide comment.
