Local health officials are reporting 50 active COVID-19 cases in Missoula County as of Wednesday and the cumulative case total to 98.
There have been 95 confirmed cases* to date as well as three epi-linked cases** to date, according to the Missoula City-County Health Department.
A total of 47 recoveries have been recorded as well as one COVID-19 related death. There are now 50 active cases in the county.
The health department decided on Monday to pause Sentinel Testing for asymptomatic individuals due to the recent surge in positive cases.
People who are not experiencing symptoms but fall within a high-risk category are urged to contact the health department (406) 258-4770.
